In today's real estate markets, buyers are looking at more and more homes - that is because there are so many homes on the market for the buyers to choose from!  Of course, many of the homes my buyers may end up looking at will be estate sales, short sales or foreclosures - and these will be "as is" sales and may or may not be in the best show condition!  But not all houses are these type of sales, so if you are planning on selling your home, a small investment in "staging your home for sale" may help to put your home head and shoulders above your competition!  Of course, pricing your home properly and making it easily accessible for other agents to show the house also helps, but many buyers out there today have a hard time looking "beyond" things like messy rooms, or rooms that don't flow well!  So, today, this post will give you several videos on some room makeovers that will show you just how much better a particular room can look after it has been staged to sell!  Enjoy the video, as well as the snow!  And, as always, let me know if there is anything I can do to help you!

Hopefully, you got some great ideas for how to redo your rooms!  If you need some help with doing that, you may want to take your camera or video camera and take some video of each room of your home!  Then take a critical look at each room - remember, this is what your buyer will be seeing when they come in!  Do the rooms flow well?  Is there too much furniture in the room?  Do you need some pop of color?  A video of your home will give you some great ideas of what to do!  Enjoy!
