  My Resume

As a full time Realtor, I truly believe that it is important to continually educate myself in order to keep up with the ever changing face of real estate!  Today's Realtor is very different from the Realtor of only 20 years ago!  And today's homebuyer and homeseller expects much more from their Realtor today than they did 20 years ago!  And, thanks to the internet, today's homebuyers and homesellers are much more knowledgeable about buying or selling a home!  So today's Realtor needs to continually educate themselves.  I do this by getting the various designations!  Each of these designations helps me to help you!  Although many people will laugh about the alphabet soup many Realtors have behind their name, I do believe that these designations have helped me with the many families I have helped over the years!  I do believe that it is part of the reason why I have been fortunate that a large percentage of my business comes from personal referrals!

My designations help me help you---

ABR (Accredited Buyer  Representative):  This is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation, and is awarded to real estate practitioners who meet specific educational & practical experience.

GRI (Graduate Realtors Institute):  Realtors with the GRI designation are nationally recognized as top performers in the industry, and dedicated to bringing you quality service.

ePro:  Using an ePro Certified Realtor means that customers will have confidence that the Realtor is proactive and savvy about the internet & that they take the Connected Consumer seriously as well as meeting their online needs.

CRS (Council of Residential Specialists):  There are over one million Realtors, but less than 4% hold this designation.  CRS members have proven that they have the experience, training and commitment to be among the best in the profession.  It is a symbol of excellence in residential real estate.

SFR (Short Sales & Foreclosure Specialist):  This designation was created by the National Association of Realtors in 2009 to train Realtors on how handling foreclosures & short sales, both for buyers & sellers.
