Buying a home can be scary AND exciting at the same time!  There are lots of questions, lots of surprises, lots of tears AND lots of smiles!  Buying a home can be simple when you follow these easy steps:

Select a Realtor to work with!  Buying a home involves a personal understanding of your family's needs.  Interview Realtors to find that person you are comfortable with and who you trust to help you with your purchase.  Some questions to ask: 

•  are you full or part time? 
•  how many years have you been a Realtor? 
•  what are your designations? 
•  how do you handle dual agency? 
•  # transactions have you closed in a year?

Select a Lender to work with!  The lending market has changed, so it is more important than ever to talk to a local lender about the loan programs available that are right for you & to understand ALL your costs before you commit!

Meet with your Realtor!  Once you have decided on a Realtor to work with, schedule a time to sit down & discuss your concerns, what you are looking for in a home & the ins and outs of buying a home!

Communicate openly & frequently!  When we begin working together, if your needs change, please let me know so that we can make any necessary adjustments.  If your expectations are not being met, let me know so we can discuss it and make any changes as needed.

Start Packing!  Once you have found a home, I will be with you from contract to close, to ensure that you completely understand the entire process & your interests are protected every step of the way!
